Feature Request: Show US community locations in CSSE Daily Report

Enhancement Request

As a member of the general public, the change made a few days ago to roll up data by state in the US has made understanding local impacts harder.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] User can download a separate *.csv file showing COVID-19 cases (reported, recovered, deaths) by locality (municipality level)
• [ ] User can see on the COVID-19 dashboard and option to view statistics by selected community, by selected state, by selected country, by grand total.

Additional Notes / possible enhancements

• [ ] User can download separate *.csv report showing the day over day change
• [ ] User can download separate *.csv report showing the week over week change
• [ ] User can toggle to see day over day and week over week changes in dashboard.

wow, that's a long list and i'm wondering whether you have thought about the effort it requires. JHU is doing the whole community a favor and they are doing an amazing work.

hiccups come and go (and it will happen again), that's part of software engineering, worse in data curation. data for a lot of these requests are out there in this repo and you just need to run your own analysis.

ps. i'm not part of jhu. in fact, i'm working on a dashboard that provides an alternate visualization for covid data. you can find out link to our dashboard from my profile (and most of your requests are available to some extent in our dashboard).

of course this work appreciated. these are not demands but requests for something that may or may not resonate with other users. I can only report that its now more difficult to understand now what is happening in the communities around me. whether that is valuable feedback is up to jhu and their product team. +1 to break down by province/county level. It was very helpful until now when I only see 1 number for the entire state of California.
