It might help if you could provide links to what you are seeing
For example, in the time series data, I don't see any of the things you report: https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/blob/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv
I neither find these anomalies in daily report ??
Sorry for the incomplete data: Here is the time series for Qatar: On march 10th there are just 24 confirmed cases. Here is a screen shot from your web page of today's data for Qatar:
It jumped to 262. However, I should have looked at the news. It is indeed a jump confirmed by Qatar's health ministry: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/03/qatar-coronavirus-cases-jump-238-day-200311154834214.html Sorry for that... All my best, Javier

Qatar had previously 24 confirmed cases. Now it jumped to 262? UK went down from yesterday 382 to today 373 cases? Czech Republic has been renames to Czechia, however, both continue in the Country/Region list with different case numbers. There is one entry in the Country/Region list with 30 cases but without naming it. Moldova is the same as Republic of Moldova and thus continues duplicated.
