US case number dropped from 1663 to 1268

Yesterday the page had 1663 US cases and now it's 1268. Is this a bug or an adjustment to the numbers?

Looks like some States are no longer showing data, Michigan, Texas and Florida at a quick glance.

When filtering data with US as Country from the csv file on the 2 last days ,find 1281 for the 12th and 1663 for the 13rd and now only states show their values , no more the counties

Case count was up to 1701 earlier today -- now has reset to totals from prior to 03/12

Case count has been continually low against other counters -- namely WorldMeter reflects usually about 20-60 higher case number at all times

Yeah, this data is all over the place. It will be nice if there are some consistency in the way the data is coming out on the feed.

We have FLorida by itself with 35, and then we have the counties without no data.

Do we if they going to continue reporting by USA Counties?

There are several threads about the states-vs-counties issue in Issues. I'm far more concerned about the drop from 1600s/1700s to 1268. That's not explained and it's a massive change. I think state data is missing.

My concern as well.

There is a parsing issue or a JavaScript issue in the code as shown above - presents in Chrome and Firefox - May have to do with same data issues presenting wrong.

1268 should be the right number per the University's dashboard. It would be great if this was fixed! :) I will monitor it and refresh my dashboard if the data issues were fixed.

According to their web-data branch, they pull data from WorldoMeters.info - according to their site just now, US numbers are as follows:

I have serious doubts that 1,268 is the correct number, even if it is on the front dashboard. I'm waiting to see what happens with the "technical issues" issue thread.

The 1268 cannot not be accurate based on the reported daily tracking and historical data. I think an error occurred when moving from county to state. It is also hard to accept the 1268 when we know there are several states missing from the data table.
