Inaccurate Ireland Time Series Data

First of all, I - and I'm sure many others as well - very much appreciate this information being made readily available, so thank you for all the hard work. In that spirit, I feel that accurate reporting of the data is important, hence the issue submission.

Several entries for the Ireland row in the Time Series are duplicated from the previous day. I've listed the reported numbers from time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv and the reported numbers from the Irish government, as officially reported here. I've also included today's (March 15th) update.

The notable dates with discrepancies are March 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 12th.
