This does effect many countries. Not just for italy. Another example is france,spain for dates 11th and 12th march. Attaching a list
I have attached screenshot to the issue. This seems to be an issue for a lot of countries data duplicates for 11th and 12th march data. Attaching screenshot as reference.

Was the corrected information displayed on the JHU dashboard?
I can see if theres a way to grab that information and create a fork for the time being. @teamdaemons @JiPiBi

Its hard to tell with the JHU dashboard as it doesnt display daily data to validate
Yea it looks like fixes wont be coming in for some time. Hopefully the data can be sourced through other avenues.
Found issues with data from 12th March for italy, France and other countries. Data is duplicated for couple of instances and inaccurate. Please see if this can be fixed
