Added menu bar to the Application class #8

Issue #4 I deleted the button, instead now there's the top menu bar, for now only the "Save as" functions (the function connected to it,"saveas", was not changed). Nothing else to report

Please fetch the most recent copy of main.py and then add the menu bar code to that code. Thanks.
