Look into material UI for designing inputs #63

Material is a common UI pattern, which would be helpful for consistency. Alternately, anything consistent would be good!

In addition, we should take into account common design concepts for inputs, like https://uxplanet.org/the-anatomy-of-input-field-c3ef863e01d7

Finally, when changing profile information, we should take inspiration from google & other big companies & how they do settings updates.

I’ve found that doing research into UI/UX design is important for making interfaces that are more intuitive.

This is motivated by the design for the current profile page which is reasonable, but strictly worse than existing alternatives. Taking inspiration is good!
