Common Room 3D Viewer

@DerpyWasHere and I have taken many photos of the old CSSS common room before it was demolished, and we'd like to add a 3D reconstruction of it to the website.

The plan is this to be a 3d space that can be interacted in using a standard first person camera view.

The reconstruction and rendering will use 3d gaussian splatting and a threes.js library (below) for rendering! SFU has actually contributed to the leading research in this area, so I'm hoping to use that paper for our training step.

Steps for this issue

• [ ] render a basic reconstruction using threes.js and https://github.com/mkkellogg/GaussianSplats3D
• [ ] manually segment the reconstruction into several objects and bring them to life using a simple rigidbody physics framework
• [ ] train a high quality reconstruction which loads progressively (hoping to reach out to faculty for the training step)
