Update common room page for new common room(s) #75

Since the csss has lost access to ASB 9802, and been given access to a new common room instead, we need to update the https://new.sfucsss.org/#common_rooms page with the following

new photos for both sides of ASB 9971
new description (likely at the bottom) that ASB 9802 is no longer accessible
updated floor plans

FYI #common_rooms has changed with https://github.com/CSSS/csss-site-frontend/pull/71 ; we do need new photos for 9971, though. And it doesn't mention anything about ASB 9802 ATM

Ah I didn't realize, ty!

I think a mention of 9802 at the bottom would be nice, so we can eventually link to the 9802 CR reconstruction there.
