Things now kinda look like what we want it to.

Added Bootstrap and jQuery

Bootstrap classes and components now accessible in templates
jQuery comes with Bootstrap

Added Navbar

categories are drop down menus with their posts in them

New model: Announcement

title, author, created_on, content
used for putting announcements on the front/home page

Changed URLS

no need to go add "cms/" to the start of path
homepage is now on "localhost:8000/"
can still access admin app at "localhost:8000/admin/"

New helpful command: python manage.py populate

populates database with categories and posts based on pages we need
- category and page name/titles are correct
- page content is filler lorem ipsum text
creates fake announcements that should be deleted before shipping
