If you sum all the operations. for poplar.... $58,624.00+$26,761.51+$5,177.60+$211,749.66+$24,363.06+$8,737.86+$31,219.40+$33,056.55+$18,354.29 = $418K,

That's for the whole farm. Somehow on the summary page, this comes out as the per acre total, and is multiplied by 100 for the erroneous $4M value.
