Schedule Summary is screwed up for some durations #17

If you look at the simple alfalfa estimate, you will see that the summary is off. This is because it does not accurately represent the start and end time of the schedule. It's about a year off.

@qjhart looks like a couple things there. I'm assuming this was centered around values in the 'Total' panel? Give a pull and see if it looks correct now.
