Hi-shall we set up a master excel sheet where we can enter all these data to the corresponding region and crops- SWAP format? Pls also delegate someone to enter the data in the correct format once we agree on the data we want to use for each of the cost categories.

The idea I have to do this would be to add 4 columns in the "masterthisistheone120612.xls" Mark's worksheet that Mark had initially created and each new column would consist of the following items:

(1) land cost/acre (2) labor cost/acre (3) supplies in dollars/acre [Note: This is a sum of fertilizer, pesticides, repair and maintenance, custom and consultant) (4) water cost/acre

That worksheet I believe is the most comprehensive and it already consists of ccid, fips, cmz, commodity, acres, yieldperacre, etc. etc. We need to match the above corresponding costs to region (either by fips, cmz, ccid) and to commodity type. Question: how do I share this excel file so that we can all be working on it? where shall this excel file live and breath?

@blyeo you have described above, what you'd like to see as spreadsheet for the SWAP model input. That is different than what I was requesting, which was a spreadsheet that takes in the farm-budget-data csv files, and allows a user to investigate the costs for a particular region. Your organization is fine, but it's the result of running the budget over the entire region.
