Speech tools test fail #343

Hello everyone, I'm attempting to build a Malay DNN voice. Been following this tutorial http://www.speech.zone/exercises/build-your-own-dnn-voice/.

Unfortunately, the test in the speech tools failed. Therefore, affecting the test in festival too.

Tests failed: ling example status: FAILED ling regression status: FAILED ch_wave script status: INCORRECT viterbi script status: FAILED

My question is, can I ignore this and start building the Merlin toolkit or must I solve this issue first?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i have installed all the library needed as what @ronanki mentioned in #96.

@JRMeyer Hello. I saw your issue #96. Despite installing everything, it's still not working for me. Can I know whether you did anything else?
