Upload your own recipes for building new voice in new languages #53

If you have successfully built a new voice in any language other than English using Merlin, please feel free to send a pull request with something similar to [nick_hurricane] (https://github.com/CSTR-Edinburgh/merlin/tree/master/egs/nick_hurricane/s1).

Please use your own server to upload all the required files for training -- for e.g., label_state_align or label_phone_align, and all vocoded parameters, question file, file list. Also, please get in touch with me, if you don't want to use your own server but still want to contribute.

using CLUSTERGEN features directly instead of HTS question set. Current only does acoustic modeling for any language that is supported by CLUSTERGEN especially indic languages.
