Thank you very much for your research and code. I downloaded the data of group20 from your online drive and tested it. I found that all WSI images in the group20 directory have been segmented. Therefore, I have three questions to ask:
I have a batch of TCGA images myself, how should I perform image processing work? Do I need to perform segmentation to maintain consistency with the data in the group20 directory? And what should the level level of WSI images be?
How should the information file corresponding to each image be obtained?
