The PRDG will be imported and refactored from the original AlphaZ. The original builder can be found here: https://github.com/CSU-CS-Melange/AlphaZ/blob/main/bundles/org.polymodel.polyhedralIR/src/org/polymodel/polyhedralIR/analysis/PRDGBuilder.java#L135
