Testing Travis CI #55

Hmm, I saw how this did build on tjlang/CSU_RadarTools, but on CSU_RadarMet repo it still says continuous integration has not been set up.

I did give organizational access for CSU_RadarMet to Travis CI, so maybe it will just take some time to sync up. Will try this again in a day or so.
