Given Python 3,4 is going EoL very shortly and we haven't had a user with Python 3.4 in years on our tracker, it seems like a wise use of CI resources to include 3.7 in the test matrix rather than 3,4. Also makers some other tweaks to fix minor issues and apparent redundancies.
