Added X-band parameter files for MBFs.

Appears to process C-band data with band='X' without crashing and/or total craziness, so merging (see image below). Have you tested to confirm identical results with your IDL (or whatever) code on actual X-band data?

I tested an XSAPR file with the HID -- looks good but there may be a slight difference in how temperature is handled (looking into this). xband_example_pyhid
