Create documentation on coding practices for the project

As software engineers, we need to document important information such as our programming and development conventions.

We will be documenting:

• which software dev lifecycle we use and how (Agile?)
• our definition of DONE (task requirements and testing)
• testing practices

The requirements for this are to get our initial project practices documented. We will be adding other types of documentation as the project moves forward.
