Fix bug in section and subsection where text cannot be inserted #36

Latex问题解决：报错Incomplete \iffalse； all text was ignored after line 9. ＜inserted text＞

在书写论文的时候，出现上述错误，原因是在section和subsection中间书写了文字，即一级标题和二级标题之间书写了文字，例如

\section{XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}
XXXXXXXXXXX错误出现的文字XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
\subsection{引言}
