Switch weight chart back to nvd3 #138

Switch the cart back to NVD3 so it's responsive. Also make it display info for the current user and a message when the current user doesn't have any body weight info.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Jesse's data doesn't look that interesting.

I noticed in _settings.html when I tried to auto-format it that some of the tags weren't closed, so I did that. You can merge once Travis passes.
