But i've already installed the Pyintsaller I don't understand

Hey Arsium,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been really busy with a few others projects. This does sound like some kind of PyInstaller issue... if you open up a CMD prompt and just run "pyinstaller", do you see an error? or the PyInstaller usage output? if all is well, it should look like this: image

I see nothing when i run pyinstaller

I got that now : [2018-08-29 18:39:30]: Builder: PyInstaller found at 'C:\Python27\pyinstaller.exe' [2018-08-29 18:39:30]: Builder: Running command: C:\Python27\pyinstaller.exe --noconsole --clean -F --upx-dir C:\dev\Crypter\build\upx394w Main.spec [2018-08-29 18:39:30]: (ERROR): Builder: Call to PyInstaller failed. Check that PyInstaller is installed and can be found on the system path [2018-08-29 18:39:30]: Builder: Build process thread finished [2018-08-29 18:39:30]: Build finished with error

I installed while putting PyInstaller-3.2.1.zip in my Python27 then I launched python setup.py and I copied-pasted the pyinstaller.exe

Hmmm okay :-/ What happens if you run this directly from the command line: C:\Python27\pyinstaller.exe --noconsole --clean -F --upx-dir C:\dev\Crypter\build\upx394w Main.spec
