No FAQ provided for UG #11

As a user, i will feel very unsupported and unconsidered when there is no FAQ section for me to troubleshoot the issue that I encounter when I am using the application. For instance, when I typed undo and the application became not responding what should I do?

Team's Response

Thank you for the suggestion. We did not foresee that our app will become unresponsive (we are unable to replicate the bug) and hence a need for the FAQ section. We will take that into consideration possible questions and include it in the future versions.
