Login and Sign Up page not working #86

Sign Up and Login functionality is not working on the website. When the user signs up, appropriate client and sever side validation should be performed and he should be able to LogIn further but that is not available. I would also need database access to complete this task. So kindly give me the database access while assigning me the issue
