Fix PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md #382

The spellings of "Other" is wrong in the last check item in PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md. Please assign me this issue as a part of gssoc'21.

I thought it can be considered as Level 0 issue.
