Use typed mask object instead integral in cg_xxx::emit_write_mask/emit_swizzle #255

Description:
   parameter p in function:
      emit_write_mask(int p)
   has two semantics:
      bit mask for write mask, or index of vector elements.
   It is so easy to lead misunderstanding.

   We need an typed mask object for the former case.
