For events we want to be able to impart some organization on the related links section.
In some cases the related links will be added after the fact and will represent resources generated during the event that we want to share with users.
In other cases links will be pre-event links that attendees will likely want to review before attending.
In either case, the text and formatting of related links will need to support some flexibility. Currently related links is just a link with no distinction between descriptive text and link text.
A user should be able to add a link description that provides additional context.
We might also want to make a distinction between pre-event links and post-event links in the organization / presentation. This would require adding multiple related link sections with different titles.
