Hello, Dan Marsden!

I really liked your design of the Decaf theme, so I wanted to use it on my website http://nanotechnology.sfedu.ru.

I'm very detailed study of your code and made a number of edits: 1) made translation of the theme in Russian; 2) adapted the theme to multilingual content; 3) added support for custom favicons; 4) to the list of languages ​​added flags, that can be turned off in the theme settings

Also during the work with the theme I found a number of small bugs that are present here decaf-background-color decaf-header decaf-header-2 decaf-text-down search-box spaces
