Separate ODBC driver (32-bit) #13

Saw an installer for a separate 32-bit ODBC driver while Jerit was grabbing some stuff from the FTP server today. Asking him about it and it seems that using that will let us set up a new user without having to fully re-install all of the tradesoft software.

Copied it from the FTP server to the rexoregan-virt machine desktop. It should get put in the N: drive or maybe the USR/Transfer and install files folder

Copied into the USR/Transfer... folder from the VM, should get passed out in a couple of days.
