Add Mistake reason to Graham's spreadsheet #18

The report spreadsheet that Graham uses gets a numerical representation of the type of mistake for rework WO's into the data tab.

We should be able to pull this from another table in powerquery and bring it together so he can use the human readable reason in his reports.

Added this the other afternoon. All seems to be good with it and Graham is happy. Closing the issue now.
