Installer for Pytha #52

At the moment I am the only one who has good knowledge of what needs to be done to set up a new computer for Pytha.

To reduce this risk it would be useful to have a SIB package (or similar) built to install all of the required files to the appropriate locations. This would make installation of Pytha something that can be done by anyone without needing detailed instruction.

The tricky thing has been getting it to pull in the settings for Analyzer/SPAK.

Set up a script that does it in the SIB files folder in USR/Transfer... which should get it set up for Analyzer, but I can't get the script to work with SIB.

Closing this as a waste of time after the better part of half a day trying to sort it out.
