Syntax errors in the obo file #1

The ExO obo file contains syntax errors, and won't parse using the obo2owl parser.

Line 21 says:

interacts_with_an_exposure_stressor_via ExO: 0000002

This should have a "relationship" tag, and there should be no spaces between ExO: and the number
