New exposure routes #6

I need help with a few new routes.

I have use cases that need to cover exposure to violence, etc. There is an obvious difference between witnessing violence and being the direct recipient of violence. I need two routes for representing these things. Something like exposure to violence via proximity and exposure to violence via physical contact. Any suggestions?
