Updated important links section for more cohension #16

  1. This pull request attempts to improve the "important links sections from the last update."
  2. I've also added a link to the CTGP-7 Time Trials Discord, that server does not have much visibility outside of people who already are in Lounge, it would greatly benefit the CTGP-7 community if we have this community visible as the community for time trials is small.

I have permission from godpierre, an admin of the CTGP-7 Time Trails Discord to list their invite link.

This is a small update, I will not make any major edits until I see what Tim's redesign contains or it is put on an indefinite standstill. You may edit my pull request per usual.

After a conversation with Pablo I have removed the mentioned of the CTGP-7 Time Trials Discord, however everything else I'd still like to see merged.
