export drug_stop_words from parse() to pkg data #11

Current situation:

Error: 'drug_stop_words' is not an exported object from 'namespace:DOPE'

We added the data set (drug_stop_words.rda) and updated the metadata on the generation file (make_drug_stop_words.R).
