A patient with a crystalens and open angle glaucoma worsened after Laser Assisted Cataract Extraction with Implantation of the Crystalens.
Description
This patient had a complex ocular history. He had borderline glaucoma which significantly worsened after his Laser Assisted cataract surgery. He had not responded well to a Hydrus in his other eye so it was decided that Laser Assisted Cataract surgery with the Crystalens would be done and if his glaucoma was a problem we would deal with that separately. His Glaucoma got worse so an ECP, Goniotomy and Canaloplasty was preformed with good results.
