devel/gdb-cheri: update the port for the next CheriBSD release #101

We want to ship the latest GDB version for the next release.

The port should only be available for the hybrid ABI. It does build for CheriABI but it's not stable yet.

Fixed by https://github.com/CTSRD-CHERI/cheribsd-ports/pull/130. devel/gdb-cheri in CheriBSD:20230804:aarch64 has been updated to https://github.com/CTSRD-CHERI/gdb/commit/056055a62d2f06ef8a0caa206334ffb6d07392a1.
