The first time kwin_x11 starts, it prints the below message and crashes:

Freeze in OpenGL initialization detected
As a result, kwin_x11 sets OpenGLIsUnsafe=true in ~/.config/kwinrc and restarts itself as kwin_x11 --crashes 1 that doesn't try to use OpenGL.
