www/firefox: build an aarch64 package #69

We need to fix Rust in CheriBSD ports or use a Rust package from FreeBSD and build Firefox using it.

A package for the 20220828 CheriBSD ABI version is published now.

At the moment, you have to set sysctl vm.imply_prot_max=0 to run Firefox.
