devel/gdb-cheri: install as gdb #97

It doesn't make sense to provide both "gdb" and "gdb-cheri" packages. Users unaware of "gdb-cheri" would install "gdb" expecting it to work with CHERI-extended targets.

Instead, devel/gdb should become a meta-port for devel/gdb-cheri or devel/gdb-cheri should be moved into devel/gdb.

Fixed by https://github.com/CTSRD-CHERI/cheribsd-ports/pull/130. CheriBSD:20230804:aarch64 includes the gdb meta-package that depends on devel/gdb-cheri.
