Panfrost GPU graphical corruption issues #1683

Various possibly-related graphical corruption issues have been observed:

the mouse cursor often disappears, sometimes for multiple minutes
the mouse cursor occasionally turns into a square of noise
~~bands of noise slowly accumulate in SDDM, especially when the system is under heavy load~~ #1821

I haven't seen these symptoms (mouse cursor issues specifically) with the latest dev, which includes some panfrost bug fixes. It would be good to get some updates from others on the latest dev, regarding the types of screen corruption that are still observed.

One related problem I hit is that panfrost wants to allocate large chunks of contiguous memory, and this fails after enough uptime. I plan to work on that next.

I haven't seen that for a long time either. I don't know about others. The one that persists, but is relatively rare, is disappearing glyphs.
