cufft-openmp build does not work properly #47

It seems that since commit 93502b823a0d73c5dd36f31261d4dd377ad09e08 this version is broken, i.e. tracking accuracy is almost zero. This is probably due to removal of cudaMalloc calls, which act as synchronization points.
