Add tests for unicode inputs for ngram matrix #87

Now the unicode input is not tested by ngram matrix. It would be good to have this covered. Look e.g. at the tests in https://github.com/JuliaLogging/LoggingFormats.jl/blob/master/test/runtests.jl#L8-L12
