是否考虑包含国标样式的 BibTeX 样式文件 #10

RT，刚才在群里有人提出，我觉得这应该挺合理的。

加进来很容易。 然而我不懂 BibStyle 的语法，胡海星的国标样式也很久没更新了。最新应该是 2015 年的标准，他那个是 2005 年的。

不过可以去发个 issue。

我寒假的时候研究了一下BST的语法，打算给科大制作一个同时支持numeric 和 author-year 两种风格的 bst。我可以做这个，不过可能需要一些时间

看大写的 BST，第一个想到的是 balance search tree。是不是魔怔了……

我放在 https://github.com/ustctug/gbt-7714-2015 了，基于natbib 的 unsrtnat.bst 改写的，现在初步成形。 但是我在空白的处理和全/半角方面不太在行，如果有时间请指点一下

我不喜欢 https://github.com/Haixing-Hu/GBT7714-2005-BibTeX-Style 的代码风格，而且对 natbib 的兼容不好，见 https://github.com/ustctug/ustcthesis/issues/67 。所以我打算另起炉灶

楼上提到的两个我都在实际中使用过了。 现在有一个问题就是两者都没有实际上稳定下来，也没提交CTAN，我放进一个正式的release的话似乎不太好
