I have recently found out that non-ctemplar users, when they receive an e-mail from me that's encrypted with a custom password for non-ctemplar users, cannot attach anything to the e-mail when they select the "reply securely" option. I think this is a major drawback and other competitors allow for this feature. Not everybody uses ctemplar, and I think ctemplar still should be a secure communication channel even if one party is not using it. I recently had to receive an unencrypted attachment which was supposed to be encrypted since it was a sensitive document, just because the person couldn't figure out how to attach a file to the e-mail I sent them.
