Add a tool abnormality of a blood fountain. When used, the agent receives a buff that heals them per second but if they die then every room in the facility will start raining blood which prevents any healing. The blood rain will only go away if an agent that hasn't used the fountain yet uses it. If an agent uses the fountain a second time they will panic, and a third time will make them explode.
What inspired this idea?
I like the idea of a blood fountain as an abnormality, but it would be too similar to Bloodbath so I decided a tool be different enough. I'm also fascinated by the idea of blood rain and it seems to fit a fountain perfectly.
