Add Chinese translation for Gift Alert Icon.

Added Chinese localization for Gift Alert Icon mod thanks to 21474836(Lin).

Updated AssemblyVersion to 1.0.1 in Gift Alert Icon and 6.0.1 in the common mod. Added Chinese localized Info.xml and text_cn.xml. Acknowledged 21474836(Lin) for the localization contribution in the updated changelogs and README.md files. Made necessary adjustments in the testing and documentation checklists for better tracking and management.
