Booting FDB Failed on SCPH-90004 #178

i have ps2(SCPH-90004 ) with this information

PlayStation Driver 2.00 CD Player 2.00 DVD Player 3.11E Browser 1.40 PAL
0D i burned PREBUILT ISOs/All PS2 Slims - English language.iso on DVD+R, 1x with CDBURNERXP with enabled High Compatibility+finalise dvd.

and failed to launch and see nothing in boot even black window(at least i saw in cd-r ulaunchelf for one time).

i tried real dvd movie and return black screen and go to main playstation menu(browser and system con...)

what is wrong with that and what is problems?

@CTurt how can i do to run freedvdboot exploit?

It's a bad burn... Most of you out there use a Laptop-writer (which is a bad choice to begin with) and then most of you all use the wrong tools and/or settings.

Rather use IMGBurn and turn "perform OPC" in its write-settings ON. Also do not burn at the slowest speed, but at the mid-speed of the speed-range or a bit slower if you are using a Desktop-Writer.
